Howdy!

It was my privilege to serve as your Mayor from May 24, 2007 until May 12, 2021. I pledged to work hard and I kept that pledge. I spent part of just about every business day, as well as many weekends and holidays, at City Hall working with our great staff to serve the needs of our citizens and businesses and to build on those things that make Helotes such a unique and wonderful community.

I ask for your vote in the May 6, 2023 election so that I can, once again, work hard at the job of being your Mayor. I have always championed for low property taxes, fiscal responsibility, low debt ratio, transparency at City Hall, balanced budgets, "clean" audits, improving our parks, and building a stronger Performing Arts program built around our Helotes Area Community Band. Above all, I prioritized our health, safety, and general welfare by always striving to maintain and improve our emergency services departments which include our dispatch, police, fire, EMS, and public works departments.

WHY IS IT TIME
FOR CHANGE,

when we have so

much good

IT'S TIME TO

GET BACK TO WORK!

These are just some of the many forms of recognition we received when I was Mayor from 05/2007 to 05/2021 resulting from 14 years of hard work from our leadership!
